Embrace Yourself / Connect Authentically / Build Community

Team Building
None of us live in isolation. We learn, develop, and grow best in community with others. If you feel that you and your coworkers, teammates, or community need support in developing your relationships, I am happy to facilitate that journey. I have experience working with diverse communities and helping individuals come to mutual understandings of themselves and each other. Through the use of experiential tools and psychoeducation, I can help your community relationships flourish. Examples of topics I can present or facilitate development on include communication, healthy conflict, diversity, motivation, teamwork, decision making, and managing stress. Organizational Development
To quote Bob Dylan, "The times they are a changin'." In today's society, we all need support in ensuring our organizations work for diverse employees and consumers. I am more than happy to help with policy reviews and/or diversity trainings, as one of my passions is diversity/equity issues. If you feel like you need an extra eye on your policies or an extra ear in your diversity conversations, please click the "Get in Touch" button below.

Clinical Supervision
The path to licensure includes many important steps, including the post-doctoral year of supervision. If you are in need of supervision hours, I am happy to support in your continued development as a psychologist. My supervision style is similar to my counseling style - relational, vulnerable, and introspective. I encourage supervisees to bring their proudest moments and their moments that they rather keep hidden, in an effort to fully grow through the supervision process. I also know that I grow from working with supervisees and come out a better psychologist. Additionally, if you are a Psychological Associate, I am happy to provide the ongoing consultation required for licensure. I see this relationship as one of mutual growth and consultation.
